About Roomie

Roomie Wood is a Massage Therapist based in Portland, OR. She graduated from East West College in the spring of 2025 and has been working in chiropractic care ever since helping people manage chronic pain and recover from injuries. She has a deep commitment to providing a safe and cozy space for her clients regardless of race, gender, sexuality, body size, or ability and collaborating with them to create the experience they desire. She believes that presence and deep feeling can lead to a more holistic relationship to the body and be a way to celebrate the body and life we are in. She uses a blend of Myofascial, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point, and Neuromuscular Therapy techniques.

About the Space

  • My practice is located at the Glimmer Wellness Center in Central Eastside Portland. It is on the second floor, but an elevator is available for use if walking up a flight of stairs is not accessible for you.

  • I am currently booking massage Fridays from 9am-2pm

  • There is metered street parking available around the building. It can be paid through street kiosks or the app Parking Kitty.

    • Glimmer Wellness is a shoes free space but there are cubbies located to store your shoes during the massage.

    • The door to the entrance requires a door code, when you book an appointment you will receive further details on how to enter
