My main massage modalities are primarily unclothed, which means you can show up in anything but during the massage you can undress to your own level of comfort. You will be draped (under a sheet) for the entire massage and I will only uncover the area I am working on. If you prefer to be clothed for a massage that is fine, just come in something cozy, comfortable, and easy to move in.

Neuromuscular Therapy is a combination of Trigger Point Therapy and muscle movements. Trigger Point Therapy is finding and treating small, tender areas of tension in a muscle that can cause pain (both direct and referral pain elsewhere in the body) and weakness. Trigger Point therapy puts direct and prolonged pressure on these spots to release them. The muscle movements used during Neuromuscular Therapy are very small and gentle and help to relax a muscle so the release of the trigger point is less painful and more easeful. This is a modality that requires a lot of communication between the therapist and client around pain levels, type of sensation (sharp, dull, or shooting pain, numbness, tingling, etc.) and location of the trigger points themselves.

Currently I am only accepting private pay and MVA clients but am working towards accepting insurance in the future.

When booking a massage you will be required to fill out a massage intake that provides me with a very brief medical history and list of any medications you are on. This is simply to help me give you a safe massage. Some conditions or medications require massage modifications or are contraindications for massage.
